Executive Decision #6

It isn't surprising, that in a place like LA, many of life's aggravations are due to traffic and road problems. I'm getting tired of people and their horns. They honk at you if you go too slow, they honk if you go too fast, they honk if you don't start out at the light fast enough, they honk if they want your parking space and have decided you're taking too long to leave it, and they honk if they think you're taking too long at the drive-thru.

And it's annoying, and does little to solve any problems. So, it oughtta cost ya...

So, by the power vested in me as the executive, I hereby issue my executive decision:

Each time you honk your horn, your car will record that use. When you fill up with gasoline, special equipment at each station will take record of your honks, and you will be required to pay $5 per honk. Two honks per month will remain free.
